Hardwood floors are a beautiful feature to have in any home-they are attractive and sturdy, making them perfect for many tastes and lifestyles. Over time, hardwood floors can loose their luster-either from wear and tear or even dirt. That’s when it’s time to call in professionals to restore the home’s hardwood floors and make them shine again.

Courtesy Care restores hardwood floors to look shiny and new again. Our technicians clean and finish hardwood floors using a process that does not require sanding. The no-sanding wood floor refinishing technique makes the process go much faster and less messy than the old-fashioned sanding and varnishing methods.

HOW IT WORKS…

• Courtesy Care uses an intensive cleaning and maintenance system from Basic Coatings using the Dirt Dragon machine and Basic Coatings brand finishes.
• Most cleaning methods justpush the contaminants around.   The Dirt Dragon Removes them.
• The Dirt Dragon scrubsthe floor and removes the dirt with an intensive cleaning solution.  Next the floor is scrubbed with another cleaning solution called squeaky clean, prepping the surface to accept the new finish.  Finally a new finish is applied to the now clean floor.  After 24 hours of a final coat, furniture may be put back onto the fresh new finish.

Unlike traditional wood floor refinishing methods that use sanding and varnish, this process allows the homeowner to enjoy the newly restored floors-without having spent large amounts of money. Courtesy Care promises a protected finish that is as tough as it is durable.

Option 2: $149 Oriental Rug Cleaning ($350 value)

Courtesy Care is experienced in dealing with the special needs of your wool, silk and cotton rugs! Your area rugs and Oriental rugs will be handled with care and only cleaning agents specially designed for natural fibers will be used. We have trained technicians who will be handling your area rugs.  For an additional charge, pet urine odor spots may also be treated and eliminated.

Don’t trust your valuable Oriental rugs and area rugs to just anyone. Courtesy Care cares for the finest rugs from around the world! While rugs made of synthetic materials may be cleaned in your home in much the same way your carpets are, due to the unique construction and types of fibers used in Oriental and other woven rugs, a completely different, more gentle cleaning method is required from what is used for standard wool carpets.
