Texas Style dry rubbed BBQ featuring our trademarked "Nekkid" meats. The term “Nekkid” signifies healthy flavorful meats with no frying, breading, or preservatives with sauce optional. In fact, it’s so unique we’ve trademarked it. It is derived from the cowboy techniques of the grandfather of several of our founders, the late George Kirchman, from Junction, TX who had his own blend of spices for his dry rubbed barbeque meats at his South Texas store.
In keeping with the South Texas theme don't forget we also have a saloon, dance floor and the "Cattleman's Club, private VIP room. Friday and Saturday night are "dance hall" nights. Put on your boots and come out and scoot!
